Four years as the creative mastermind behind Psycho Donuts got my imagination spinning in all directions. But why should I limit this whimsical and slightly demented spirit to donuts! Now I'm twisting up your favorite foods in the most wonderful ways. Back then I was bringing you insane donut creations, today you’ll get my chimichanga version of the Monte Cristo sandwich.
