It started with an idea that ice pops should be healthier, more fruit forward and uniquely delicious! We took that idea and ran with it, working like Mad Scientists in the kitchen, mixing up some great flavor combinations!

We are proud Michiganders and love our great city of Detroit. Detroit is where our love story began, and will continue.

We make a conscious effort to source our ingredients locally for our popsicle recipes as much as possible. And we love collaborating with other small businesses in Metro Detroit.

Most of our flavors are gluten free and vegan and we can make most of our flavors sugar free. We think everyone should be able to enjoy a popsicle from The Detroit Pop Shop!

At The Detroit Pop Shop, we handcraft gourmet popsicles in delicious and unique flavors! We make gourmet popsicles for all taste buds, dietary concerns and even boozy ones for adults! We love Michigan, and we love our great city of Detroit. We came up with the idea to create delicious popsicles because we believe summer is the best time to enjoy all that Detroit has to offer! And what better way to do that, than with an ice cold popsicle in hand! The mission of The Detroit Pop Shop is simple: to share happiness throughout Detroit, one popsicle at a time! We are honored to support Made in Michigan and Made in Detroit companies and products. And we use them as much as possible in all of our recipes. We love making ice pops! And we hope you love eating them!! ​ You can find us at our "permanent" summer locations at Eastern Market in Detroit, The Rustbelt Market in Ferndale, City Bird Detroit and Parker Street Market in Detroit.
