Ed Kaplan, Founder and President of The Buckingham Group, a Tulsa based design/build firm that specializes in remodeling.

His position with a plastics firm moved him to Tulsa in 1974. In 1981 he recognized potential for the design/build remodeling concepts, when it was in its infancy, and decided to start his company. He has never looked back.

He is a graduate engineer, has published 35 articles on residential remodeling and is a recognized authority on design/build renovation. He is past chairman of the City of Tulsa's Historic Conservation Commission and served two terms as President of the Home Builders remodel Council. His firm's work has been featured in the Tulsa World, Tulsa People Magazine, Tulsa Business Chronicle, Elite Home Magazine, Builder Architect Magazine and local television. His creativity has been recognized by two national design awards. His firm's reputation for excellence and his overall contribution to the remodeling industry resulted in various awards.
