About the Business

Owned and operated by Richard and Evalee Grenamyer. Richard was one of the first chefs in Jacksonville well known for fresh innovative food when he owned Sterlings in the 80s.
He served as the Executive Chef at The Governors Club in Tallahasese and had several restaurants in Seaside, Santa Rosa Beach, and Memphis.
He returned to Jacksonville to open The Blue Fish in the same spot where Sterlings was for years.
