Originally founded in 1991 as Bodyshape Toning Studio, The Beauty Retreat Organic Day Spa was re-opened in 2012 by Cindy Woodward, to offer 20 years of skincare experience with Award Winning, effective, organic alternatives to traditional chemical based beauty and spa treatments.

Skincare is our passion and all our treatments are results driven as well as totally blissful. So, whether it be a lifting and plumping skin treatment or lightening and brigthening to treat hyperpigmentation, we can give you the results you want. At The Beauty Retreat we aim to give you a unique beauty experience within serene, chemical free surroundings as all our skincare is organic and free from chemicals. Treatments are by appointment only to ensure a total focus upon our clients needs with a one to one experience. Eco Chic Manicures and Pedicures, as well as blissful massage and exfoliating body treatments are also available.
