About the Business

The Baker's Table is a rustic, neighborhood restaurant, café and bakery located in the historic Monmouth Street district of Newport, KY. Opened in 2018 by chef David Willocks and designer Wendy Braun, the restaurant received much critical acclaim in its opening year, being named one of the "Best New Restaurants in America" by Eater.com and USA Today.

Guided by principles of sustainability and a passion to serve seasonal, made-from-scratch food and drink, we connect more deeply to nature and to each other, and make food that is infinitely more interesting and delicious. We also strive to be a safe space--to welcome all people with respect and kindness, regardless of race or orientation. Our mission: Feed people with love.
