The Alliance Hotel in Spring Hill is a family run pub owned by Nick Gregorski and Meagan Miller. Built in 1888 the building itself has had many different themes which we preserve with its original look inside and outside. With three level of hotel much of the focus is on our bistro where we deliver gastronomic pub food. The Alliance Hotel's mission is to provide our customers with a classic old pub experience. From the moment you walk in, it feel's like you're a local. From first timers to regulars, you'll have a great time every time.

Owner Nick Gregorski comes from a long line of publicans. His parents owned The QA back in the nineties and now after years spent with a keg not far from sight he's decided to be the one to take down the five-year-old 'For Lease' sign from this former punk venue.
