Ratana Chourattana was the chef of Brown Sugar Cafe at Fenway and now she is the chef-owner of Thaitation Restaurant.  Ratana learned to cook from helping her mother.  At 17 years old, Ratana and her mother owned a small restaurant located near a university in Bangkok, Thailand, where she cooked various of authentic Thai food for hundreds of students daily.  When she moved to Boston, she was a cook for many Thai restaurants for several years.  Ratana joined Brown Sugar Cafe in 1995, where she became the Chef overseeing its kitchen.  Ratana takes pride in the flavor and quality of the foods she serves for almost four decades.
