About the Business

My Father, Ted Thompson, started this business in 1988. He previously worked for a larger HVAC company for over 20 years. He decided that he wanted to start his own company where he could provide honest work at a fair price and that is just what he did. He lived by the motto "Treat your customers as though your business depends on it because it does.". He stood by that motto everyday for 28 years until the day he passed away. In 1992 I, His Daughter Tammy Thompson, begin working side by side with him handling all of the office side of things. He taught me more than any classroom could ever teach me and continuing on with his passion wasn't even a thought. Along side with his technicians, we have continued to try and live up to the high standard that he engrained in us all and will continue to do so.
