At Taco Rosa, we strive to select the freshest and finest ingredients available to use in preparing all of our recipes from scratch. No canned goods. No preservatives. No additives. We use fresh chilies and spices rooted in native recipes to craft popular items like our baby goat tacos but also our Jidori chicken breast with mole poblano or our fantastic Kurobuta pork. We seek to excel at serving both favorites familiar to locals as well as crafting new, bold dishes. Whether it's relaxing with one of our many hand-squeezed juices in the morning or having us cater your next event or banquet, we look forward to displaying our dedication to authentic flavor and freshness.

Having been in the restaurant industry since 1970, I began work under one of the pioneers that ultimately expanded to nearly 300 restaurants throughout the 1970s and 80s. That inspired me to open Taco Rosa but also introduce to locals a new perspective on Mexican cuisine. Join us for our popular brunch, lunch or dinner.
