Corneliu Chiriac has been a Sushi Chef for the last 15 years, honing his expertise in Denmark before making the move to Cardiff where he has been a Head Chef for more than 5 years. Cornel - as he is known by friends, family and his co-workers - realised his dream in January of 2017 and finally opened his own business, Sushi Life. The menu has been created by him and his fellow colleagues, and we are ever-so proud to be associated with him, and with Sushi Life!
