Starting with a small 35 seat restaurant, The Flying Squirrel Tapas Parlour in Bondi, the company has expanded ventures to include The Stuffed Beaver Bondi, Sydney's first Canadian themed bar, the classy 200 seat New York style restaurant, Riley St Garage in Woolloomooloo, Surly's, an all American BBQ Restaurant in Surry Hills and most recently The Village Inn in Paddington.
