“At Studio One ElevenI will provide you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment.
All of our hair services are NON Refundable but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away( before leaving). We’ll do our best to make any adjustments while you’re here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.” There will not be any adjustments made after leaving the salon. Unless notified at the time of the appointment, and reasonable accommodations will be made within two days of the service if notified at the time of service. Thanks for understanding!
