Owners, Sara and Beth are longtime friends who always wanted to start a business together. The Lagree fitness method provided them with the inspiration they needed, and they opened Studio 45, where 45 minutes is all the time you need to get in a challenging workout. Stop by and meet the team soon!

When longtime friends Sara and Beth decided to go into business together, they wanted to create a space where people could work toward building a better version of themselves while learning to appreciate the strength already within them. When they discovered the Lagree Fitness method, they knew they'd found a workout that perfectly combined fast results and sustainable practice, through the use of MegaFormer equipment and high-intensity sessions. Now they've built a studio where members can grow and learn from one another, while getting in efficient and effective workouts in a lighthearted and supportive environment. Just give them 45 minutes, and they'll give you the body you've always dreamed of.
