About the Business

After years of "bootlegging" their own bottled cocktails for friends and family, local brand builder Cy Cain and drinks expert Casey Richwine co-founded Straightaway to allow more people to enjoy a harmoniously balanced cocktail with the ease of opening a bottle. Made and sourced using the best ingredients possible, each Straightaway cocktail is balanced and thoughtfully built, honoring tradition and timeless recipes while adding a unique spin on the classics.

We take the ‘scenic route’ in cocktail building and source ingredients of the finest grade. Case in point, we are just maniacal enough to roast our own hazelnuts and pick our own fir needles to build our house made bitters. We use only real juice in our products.
Was it over the top to build our own double-gold winning amaro line just to make sure our cocktails were the pips? Sure it was, but that's how we roll here at Straightaway.

Makers of potent and astonishing bottled cocktails, Straightaway believes that a good cocktail should never be out of reach. Relax and enjoy a perfectly crafted cocktail, or try a flight of our signature cocktails, wine spritzes or our award winning line of Liqueurs, Amari and Vermouths! Hungry? We have a menu of locally made light snacks or enjoy one of our Dapper Dogs, a selection of sausages (all locally made and vegan & gluten free options also available). Cocktail Tasting Flights are $20-$22. All tastings include a snack pairing. Complimentary Tasting Flight with purchase of $99 or more.
