About the Business

Opening their first shop in San Diego, California in 1986, Steve's Detailing & Hand Car Wash entered the Denver market in 1988. In 1993 Wade Prichard, who had been managing both the San Diego and Denver shops, relocated to Denver and purchased the shop located in the Denver Tech Center. Wade and his family have owned and operated the Denver Tech Center location since.

Wade met and married his darling Mindy in the late 1980"s. Wade and Mindy then moved to Denver and started a family along with the auto detailing business, Steve's Detailing.  Since then the business and family has grown.  All eight of their children have "helped dad out" over the years.  Now they are going to college, graduating from college, becoming officers in the US Air Force, creating music demos, getting married and having children of their own.
