Southern Tier Brewing Company Pittsburgh opened in the Spring of 2017 as a true Brew House on the North Shore. This 150-seat facility is the second Brew Pub for the Southern Tier Brewing Company, with the flagship being the Empty Pint in Lakewood, NY.

Southern Tier Brewing Company Pittsburgh utilizes the Krones MicroCube system which boasts a 10 Hectoliter batch system with an 8-fermenting tank storage structure. Total brewing capacity at STBC- Pittsburgh is 170 bbl.

Southern Tier Brewing Company Pittsburgh hosts an exceptional menu with an eye for refining local favorites and features modern creative cuisine.

A 30 Tap Beer Draft system hosts the full seasonal Southern Tier Brewing Company portfolio with 4 taps dedicated to the experimental beers made on site along with a host of beers from our sister brand, Victory Beer. The bar proudly pours spirits from the Southern Tier Distilling Company.

Apparel, Growlers, Crowlers, chilled four and six packs are available for takeout.
