Soul Fitt opened it's doors in June of 2015. At that time, we were offering group exercise in different churches around the area. As the classes began to grow, we moved to a sports complex in Memphis. In February of 2017, we secured our location in Sellersburg, IN and decided to take the leap of faith to make this a full time career. God has blessed us so far. We are located at 433 N Indiana Avenue, in Sellersburg.

Erica's love for fun fitness began at the young age of 15. She started leading adult classes at her local community center from age 15 to 17. At age 17, she secured her first "job" as a group exercise instructor at the YMCA. From there, she traveled to different states while earning her college degree. During this time she worked at many different fitness facility and worked her way up to manager. All of these experiences helped prepare her to open the doors to her dream come true...a fitness studio. With an Associate's in Business Management and a Bachelor's in Health and Wellness, Erica's near 10 years of experience has prepared her for this. In 2015, she followed God's calling on her life to step out in a leap of faith. Over the last few years, Soul Fitt has molded into a business that not only focuses on the physical aspect, but also getting the soul fit and healthy.
