Started in the founders own home to help the Seniors in the area. With an overwhelming response, Serving Online Seniors was opened in 2002 at 7435 E Main St Suite 106 in Mesa and we are in the same location today. Starting out with just basic computer repair, we now offer many computer services and training to those of all ages. We offer computer repair for Windows based laptops, desktops and tablets. Hardware and software services are available. From new computer setups to data backup and recovery and format/re-installations too. We offer in store services, in home services, pick up and delivery and now remote services as well.

We offer in-home services within our service area and remote services for those not in our service area (nationwide). We work on most Microsoft and Apple products; desktops, MacBooks, laptops, Surface, iPhones, Android phones etc. If you have technical issues, we have quick and honest solutions. We do basic computer repair, virus removal, malware/spyware removal, Remote computer repair, new computer setup, format/reinstall (wipe HDD & reinstall OS), HDD replacement or upgrade, HDD cloning, data backup, data transfer, data recovery, hardware install or upgrade, software install or upgrade, printer installation, home network setup or diagnostic & more. We offer one on one classes for a variety of devices, programs, and topics.

Serving Online Seniors was started out of an honest, sincere need for computer repair, training and assistance specifically for seniors.  What we noticed upon retiring and moving to Mesa in 2000, was that seniors where vulnerable to the repair shops, including the large chain stores.  Seniors were being over-charged, taken advantage of and intentionally kept ignorant towards their computers.  Some of the assistance we gave in the first few months, within our community (Sun Life Resort), was heart breaking!  We were appalled at what we saw happening.  We decided to provide the lowest cost assistance we could and we worked out of our home.  Word spread quickly and the need for assistance was overwhelming, thus Serving Online Seniors was born and is still in the same location today.
