A Corning Family Dining Tradition since 1951. Sorge's is a 2nd generation family owned restaurant specializing in homemade pasta, sauces, desserts, and our own special blend of top choice beef for our burgers. One of our most popular features is our homemade Pasta Buffet every Wed. & Sat. night for just $14.95. In addition to our traditional Italian-American fare, we feature veal, steak, pork chops, and seafood as part of our menu. We also offer homemade soups, sandwiches, Gluten Free and Vegetarian meals for our customers. Enjoy your meal with an adult beverage from our wine list or bar.

Interesting Sorge's Trivia:
* We are the holder of the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest homemade egg noodle pasta at 525 ft.
* We recently celebrated our 60th Anniversary on June 5, 2011.
* The original Sorge's was destroyed by fire on 12/27/2008. The NEW Sorge's opened on 4/21/2010 with an updated look that incorporates elements of our rich history.
