Former Executive chef of Social House in the Crystals Mall, John Lee decided to follow his dream and open his own first restaurant. With the help of family and friends, he is finally turning his dream into a reality. With Japanese-Asian fusion cuisine, Soho is bringing high end quality to the local scene. With more than 20 years of experience, chef John Chien Lee has worked his way up from the bottom to becoming Executive Chef and Owner of his very own restaurant. He began his professional journey at age 16 helping out his uncle. After years of hard work and lessons learned, he decided to venture to Las Vegas, which ended up being very bountiful for him and his family. John has worked every position in a kitchen since starting his journey. Eventually, all the hard work paid off in becoming Executive Chef at Social House in the Crystals Mall. After two years of being Executive Chef, he felt that it was time to do what he really dreamed of, which was opening a restaurant that he can call his own. Now he brings you Soho Japanese Restaurant.
