Built on heritage, community and culture, the team provides an atmosphere of relaxed luxury. Sinema exhibits an eclectic American menu that is unique to Nashville, with emphasis on classically inspired dishes with a modern spin.

Sinema is housed in Nashville's historic Melrose theatre. The theatre opened in 1942 and quickly became a local hotspot throughout the 40s and 50s. Our goal was to keep the essence of the old theatre, while updating it to reflect the modern dining service we provide.
