In 2014, we sold our first restaurant. It was "just time," as I recall my father saying. In 2015, several members of our family went vegan, and we had such a passion for this beautiful lifestyle that we wanted to make it easily accessible to others! On June 7, 2017 we opened our first vegan, organic restaurant!

We are proud to offer the freshest plant-based cuisine, locally grown when available, with many specialized options including raw foods, gluten-free foods, and oil-free foods. In 2010 at the age of 55, I had my first heart attack. In 2013, I had my second heart attack, which prompted me to sell my business in 2014 after having owned it for 16 years. In 2016, my daughter came to me with an interesting proposition: go vegan. I never thought about it, but once I started to do my research, I realized the numerous health benefits of going vegan. Since then, I have never looked back. There is evidence of the reversal of my heart disease, and I've never felt better! I cannot wait to share this lifestyle with you all by providing delicious and nutritious foods free from any animal products and byproducts!
