Downtown Auto specializes in both automotive mechanical & bodywork. We have been around for 16 years. The shop deals with the Audatex system through e-link and Mitchell system through e-claim with major companies such as Intact, AMA, Unifund Assurance, Co-operators & Wawanesa Insurance as one of their preferred body shops. We try to assists customers who do not know the procedures to follow in the event they get involve in a car accident. A lot of times we contact their insurance companies for them, and if needed arrange car rentals should they need one while their cars are being repaired in the shop. We strive to be number 1 in customer service, notifying them ahead of time for prices and creating time frames that works for both the body shop and the customers. We offer clean, comfortable facilities while the customers wait. Downtown Auto has seven service bays in total, a paint booth and a separate building dedicated to body repairs.
