Independent massage and complementary therapist based in Chester city centre. Treatments include deep tissue massage, reflexology, hot stone massage and Indian head massage. I am also an advanced NO HANDS practitioner which is widely gaining recognition as being one of the most effective forms of massage currently available. I also specialise in Thai yoga massage - a unique form of massage combining basic yoga stretches and acupressure. All of my treatments are designed to relax and aid the body to heal itself, I work with you individually to devise the best treatment plan and often mix and match techniques to provide you with a unique treatment.
