Siam Square opened in 2008 at the northern edge of Fountain Square. Our building was built in 1885 as a German grocery and has been numerous other businesses in the last century... a bar, a furnace shop (in the 20's), and was home to Peter George's fine-dining restaurant, Peter's.

Since opening in 2008, Chef Chutikan Souvannachack has been at the helm in the kitchen, cooking the cuisine of her native Bangkok. Chef Souvannachack can still be found daily at head of the kitchen.
