Shinbay is Arizona's first and only true Omakase experience. Curated and led by James Beard award semi-finalist Chef Shinji Kurita. Enjoy a dining experience unlike any other in a truly intimate environment while you watch Master Chef Shinji and his team prepare each dish in front of you, one bite at a time. It's as close to a true Japanese Omakase experience in the Valley as you can get, without traveling to Japan. The word Omakase roughly translates to "I'll leave it up to you" in Japanese, and is a one-of-a-kind dining experience where diners do not order anything off the menu. Instead, all the courses of the evening is curated and designed by the lead Chef, based on the freshest available ingredients that is imported every week to us direct from exclusive sources in Japan and other countries around the world. The entire dining experience at Shinbay is transformative and immersive, and guaranteed to be memorable.
