About the Business

Originally I built the business in England working from home. When I decided to move back home to Australia, I chose the gold Coast because of how beautiful it is. I set up a home business and quickly gained a client following. My mum decided to help me out in my dream to have my own salon. We chose this salon and named it Shade's Hair and Beauty, which is a play on our names. I love the hair and beauty industry and will always be a part of it. I have now got a full time girl named Emily working alongside us, and the old owner Marcus rents a chair from us. We are looking forward to making the Gold Coast look and feel beautiful.
