Jacqueline started in 2001 in a room in the basement under Pepies Hair Salon in Malden,Ma. Over the years she moved from Malden to Medford and ran her business on Salem Street for over 8 years. Opportunity presented itself for a bigger location on Middleex ave, and she moved her shop. Now in the last year Serenity has taken over the 2 locations next to her to make what is now Serenity in the City Salon, Spa and Fitness.
