We used Scottsdale’s area code as our name but once your inside the salon you’ll see that it has more of an industrial urbanized yet modern feel to it. The idea was to make our clients feel like they are some place other than Scottsdale since the building is unique for the area. On most days “Rusty” the Shop dog will greet you at the top of the stairs when you arrive.

Hello there! Thanks so much for taking he time to read my Bio. I have been doing hair in Scottsdale Arizona for over 12 years now and wanted to shake things up a bit as far as offering an  unique and special salon environment unlike any other salon in town. The name SALON FOUR8ZERO is in reference to the area code here in Scottsdale. However, what I wanted to do with the feel and flow of the salon was to make it feel as though you are in a Big Urban city such as New York or Chicago. We have added tons of white wash brick, stained concrete floors, and our cabinetry has a mix of 128 year old reclaimed barn board, heavy duty industrial steel and modern cabinet doors and drawers built by an Amish community in Pennsylvania. As well as the feel and the look of our salon rest assure that you will receive the latest and hottest new hairstyles that our industry has to offer, as we are always continuing our education by going to classes and shows all around the world.
