The Château is a historically recognized destination on the St. Lawrence River offering world class wines, handcrafted cocktails, and majestic river view dining serving Lunch, Dinner & Weekend Brunch. Chef Christian Ives works closely with local farmers utilizing locally raised and grown products to bring his style of Empire Fusion to a whole new level. In addition to our regular dining options you can choose to have Chef Christian Ives and his team create a Seven Course Degustation and Wine Pairing prepared specially for your table. We also have a seasonal tasting room on site where you can try our locally made spirits including Vodka, Gin, Moonshine, and Absinthe, with Whiskey and Bourbon coming soon!
