Hello. My name is Thomas. I started Saguaro Data Systems LLC in 2001. At the time, I was still a student attending the University of Arizona. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and worked for IBM in Tucson. Projects that my company is asked to complete most often include repairing a computer that does not start, has become slow, or operates inconsistently. Because I normally upgrade the computer hardware and include a fresh installation of all software, my customers often feel as though they have received a brand new computer after my work is complete. My service highly personalizes each customer's computer in order to meet their specific preferences and integrate all of the devices they may have. I normally complete the work at their location, which creates convenience, and allows the work to be highly customized. I am patient and take the time to personalize every project to meet the customer's unique preferences.

Rebuilding computers and bringing about other technology solutions for my customers draws from a variety of skills and qualities. My uncle was an engineer with BechTel, and I take after him in terms of liking to understand things that are technical, and solve  problems by working with my hands. I also enjoy the personal interactions involved in providing technology services. I convey an easy going demeanor, but I am also very conscientious and careful to hear everything my customer says. I understand that almost anything they say can signal a specific need or preference that I need to be aware of as I help them. By taking the time and showing the patience to listen, explain and set appropriate expectations, I present my customers with empowering choices. This allows them to walk away not only with their problem solved, but in a stronger and better educated position then when we began.
