About the Business

I started cleaning homes and weeding for seniors using their tools and getting around on my bike. Eventually new clients wanted me to cut their lawns and trim their hedges so I bought a truck and some equipment. Over time some jpbs became tedious so I learned new skills to keep up my interest. Over the years I have maintained this thinking to keep my work fresh and challenging. The route through these interests started with lawn and garden work then moved to irrigation, then stone work, then fences and decks, then patios and brick pathways, then Japanese landscape construction including pergolas, fences and trellises.
While still working in Landscaping I have completed a degree in Adult Education so I can teach my skills to others. My main interest is in teaching critical thinking skills and helping others build mature characters.

I started this business because I did not like the structure of most businesses. I wanted to be treated fairly and have my opinions considered, and in most of the jobs I had this was not available to me.
