About the Business
Established in 1944 The dealership was established by Ralph Rickenbaugh in 1944. The dealership was run by Kent Rickenbaugh until 1999 when Mary Pacifico-Valley became a partner in the dealership. She purchased the dealership outright in 2006 and is currently the dealer. The collision center is part of the dealership even though it is in a different location.

Mary Pacifico-Valley began her career at Rickenbaugh Cadillac/Volvo in 1976 at the age of 19. Over the next decade she finished her Bachelors Program and went on to attain a Masters Degree from Regis University while continuing full-time employment in various positions throughout the dealership. Upon completing her masters, she was promoted to the position of Controller and subsequently accepted the position of Executive Manager in August 1995. Mary became the Dealer Principal in 2000 and completed her purchse of the delaership in June 2006. She continues to operate the store on a day to day basis with an uncompromised focus on customer service.
