Caroline Gosselin was born and raised in Ottawa Ontario. 1990 she moved to Sweden to the island of Marstrand where she began her success as an artist and Gallery owner. In 1999, Caroline moved back to home to Ottawa. In 2001 she created her first business concept for restaurant e18hteen. In 2005 she launched Par-fyum Bistro Moderne in Hull and in 2008 Pedi Pleasures Nail Bar. As entrepreneur, owner, and sommelier of restaurant  e18hteen she surrounds herself with a team of consummate professionals that has positioned e18hteen as one of the finest restaurants in Canada.
