I started this business due to a local high demand for electrical services.  I kept hearing how difficult it was to find a sparky at all, let alone one that would turn up on time or return phone calls.  It seems to be a common problem around Australia.  I have seen some very ordinary workmanship and outright dangerous installations in my time as an electrician.  My goal is to provide outstanding customer service and top quality installations up to and exceeding industry standards.  This is achieved by keeping the customer informed, punctuality, understanding and meeting the customer's needs, keeping my own skills and knowledge up to date, comprehensively testing and inspecting work and using the best quality materials.
