About the Business

Having lived in Manchester and raising our young families, we identified the need for a gourmet burger and steak dining experience. Diners can enjoy our menu with dishes to suit those after a light bite or with a gargantuan appetite.

The menu, though simple, is quality focused as we are passionate about good food. Our 100% traceable British Beef burgers are hand pressed daily, never frozen. We use only the freshest and finest tasting produce, which we are determined to ensure is ethically sourced. Our favourites range from our scintillating and succulent wagyu burger drizzled with gold leaf to our Panko Fried Chicken Dippers and the now famous Philly Cheese Steak. We believe that burgers and steaks should be made with size in mind as well as great taste which is why our monster patties are smothered with delicious toppings.

We are based in the old EastzEast restaurant on Princess Street, Manchester City Centre. What makes us different to other restaurants in the region is the food obviously .... Our location is on the outskirts of the city centre, therefore ample parking, our seating and general ambience is comfortable, our service is first class and the management have exceptionally high expectations and every dish is quality checked in detail before serving and of course the price, you'll get value for money here whilst eating locally and ethically sourced halal beef from our Cheshire farmer. Apart from of all these the key is to seek uniqueness & perfection in every small detail!

Ali and Rizwan .. (Business Owner)

Ali Gill and Rizwan Zeb, both Economics graduates are the founders of the business and work operationally on site. Rizwan's background has always been food, his father owned and ran the famous Al Bilal restaurant on Wilmslow Road, Rusholme where Rizwan really learnt the art of cooking, customer service and what good food really tastes like. More recently, Rizwan owned the highly successful Chicken Cottage on Wilmslow Road until they were bought out by a larger chain. Ali, again comes from a family of foodies, his family own and run a successful restaurant in London and Ali owns and runs his own recruitment business in Manchester City Centre, ironically, supplying candidates into blue chip food manufacturers the length and breadth of the UK. Both Rizwan and Ali are big foodies themselves travelling around the world to inspire their taste buds.
