Redemption Muay Thai was established in October 2007 by two childhood friends that grew up training together from 1994. Team Red has been on a steady rise for 11 years building Champions from the Provincial, National, World, and Professional levels. We have also expanded our knowledge and focus towards health and fitness. Helping many people with weight loss, strength/conditioning, and general health. Many people have gotten into fantastic shape using our methods and programs.
