About the Business

Burt Dean, owner of Rebello's Towing Services, had a 25 year career as the owner of First Charter Properties, with property management certifications including Real Estate Broker, CPM, CCAM, and NAHP. During his years in property management, Mr. Dean never towed a car. Frankly, Mr. Dean did not believe that the towing industry standards were high enough to professionally service his communities and he did not want to subject his residents to the typical towing abuses prevalent in those years. After retirement in his early 50's, Mr. Dean and his wife purchased a small towing company from Joe Rebello, who had built the business since 1955 with hard work and an excellent service record.

Since then, Mr. Dean has grown the business with quality service and integrity, maintaining the highest service standards in the Private Property Towing industry. Mr. Dean has also contributed to the broader towing industry by serving multiple terms as a state and local director with the CTTA.
