I have been cooking for other Thai restaurants for over years. what I have experience is that most of Thai restaurant in Pittsburgh had made their food that is not really how we made it in Thailand. I kind of understand that they want to make business and the costumers can eat Thai food. but it is not really taste like Thai food. that inspires me to do Real Thai Cuisine. I made our taste/flavor to be as close as what we eat in Thailand. Trying to offer our customers with more choices of food. Some that is not spicy and everyone can eat. but when it ocmes to something spicy. its spicy. I would like to bring Thai taste to our customer here who never had Thai food before or can't go to Thailand to try this themselves.
