About the Business

Rare Heating and Air LLC started as a small HVAC repair business that we were operating in tandem with our construction company. After years of doing full scale residential remodeling, it became clear that fastest growing and most dynamic areas of the work we were doing were in HVAC installation, home automation, and energy efficiency.

The repair work put us in contact with new customers. It was clear that there was an opportunity to bring our inclusive approach to decision making and our attention to detail to the HVAC installation side of the business. Since then, we have satisfied HVAC needs of many customers. Our installers and technicians have the experience and customer relations skills. Our sales staff don't just talk the talk, they spend time out on the job during the installation. This is how we are able to deliver what we promise.
