We specialize in making authentic Japanese ramen. We make our broth from scratch using traditional Japanese techniques fused with 21st century technology. This results in a truly flavorful and umami packed broth, without being overly heavy. Most ramen shops in the U.S. do not make their broths from scratch and instead use pre-made broth supplied from vendors, and then season the broth to their standards. It is this extra effort taken to make a true Japanese ramen broth which sets us apart from other ramen shops. We also serve a variety of Japanese Otsumami (appetizers), Izakaya style sides, fried dishes, and rice bowls for you to enjoy a wide array of delicious Japanese favorites.
