Our Ramen stocks are simmering more than 8-10 hours individually and combined together, then simmering one more time. One key point is we don't have a deep fryer. So, all of our food are boiled, steamed,grilled, baked and sauteed. We are comitted to provide healthy and natural food and delightful dining experience to our customer.
