About the Business

I hung my first rain gutter about 1984. In 2012 I relocated to San Diego and recreated my company to focus on water conservation and general storm water management.

Over the years I started doing landscape drainage, which is a sub-speciality, and obtained the C-27 state license that allows me to do anything from irrigation to hardscape to fountains through outdoor lighting. My background is in sheet metal and I remain an accomplished coppersmith sometimes creating elaborate systems combining art and drainage.

I have installations in California, Utah, Nevada, Hawaii and Rwanda in Africa.

Specialties

I specialize in drainage, from the roof to the root. I offer seamless aluminum five inch gutters, and all aspects of surface drainage such as yard and patio drains, sump pumps and crawl space dehumidifiers, driveway drains. I do roof inspections ( no repairs or installation ), storm water mitigation consulting and rain water harvesting design having mastered fully automated rain harvesting systems. Over the course of thousands of installations I have perfected automated rainwater harvesting systems and for thirty five years I have performed all types of gutter installations including ornamental copper, commercial and standard residential applications. I occasionally instruct at Cuyamaca College in El Cajon on rain harvesting, and am the smallest gutter shop in San Diego with the largest portfolio of elaborate copper gutter installations. My team installs french drains, seamless gutters, catch basins, dry Wells, sump pumps and grey water as well as conservation types of irrigation. I hold a C-27 landscape license and my background is sheet metal and copper gutters. I'm not currently offering half round rain gutters, or straight face gutters or 6 inch ogee style. We have a minimum charge of $350.00. Consultations are free to home owners, but fee based to real estate agents or property management.
