About the Business

We started our company after years of working for a well-regarded critical environment cooling service company, with the aim of bringing the high quality of service and expertise learned in that arena directly to to you.

Until now, our company has been more or less a word-of-mouth business, performing all types of mostly residential services ranging from diagnosis of problems found on home inspections to finalize real estate transactions, to complete system installs, to second opinions after another company has "inspired" someone to question another company's claims and call to an outfit with a more reasonable approach.

We always put our customers' best interests as our number one priority. Our approach is to educate you with as much relevant HVAC knowledge as you can handle so you can have an understanding of any problems that actually exist, and make better-informed decisions regarding repair or replacement options, return on investment, or whether anything should be done at all!

I received my HVAC education locally at RSI here in Phoenix, and immediately began working and eventually managing the service department for a well-regarded critical environment cooling service company, working mostly with large computer room facilities. I always have had an entrepreneurial spirit, though - I formerly operated a pool servicing side business in Illinois, where I grew up, as well as a music production business where our company put on concerts at local venues in Chicago - and at some point I realized my path was to start this business. I pursued the continuing  education needed, passed the exams to get my state license, and having satisfied work experience requirements, I was granted a specialty contractor's license CR-39 by the state of Arizona to work with commercial and residential HVAC equipment. In early 2016 I became NATE certified for A/C and heat pumps. Now, I am here today, very much looking forward to your call and helping you with your HVAC situation!
