We are run by husband-and-wife team, Ryan and Erin Osterkamp. After multiple years of experience working for another company, Ryan decided to start his own business back in 2011. It all began with just himself and one partner. Erin joined the team in 2020 after 12 years of working as a pediatric oncology and hematology nurse at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. We are big enough to handle any job but still small enough to have the great customer service you’d expect from a family-owned company. Ryan was born and raised in Cincinnati and attended La Salle high school, class of 2002. He and his wife have 3 kids. He began his HVAC career as a service technician at a local company and after gaining experience decided to branch out on his own to be able to start serving residential customers. He has grown his team over time and prides himself on being honest and fair. Ryan is still very involved the in the day-to-day activities of Quality Comfort.
