Quads began in 1976 in Thornton, Illinois. Years later, we moved to Calument City and then to our current location in Chicago, Illinois. Over time, we hve switched out old equipment for new, improved, and modern equipment. We have new protien bars and drinks as well.

Since 1976, Quads Gym has been known for it's fantastic strength and cardio equipment. Our gym welcomes everyone, wether you're just getting started or have been training for years. Our staff wants customers to be happy and will help whenever it's needed. Quads is also not like other gyms that have spas, tanning, and pools, it is a place where members just come to work out. We sell many vitamins and supplements as well as protien bars and drinks. Our gear include: gloves and wrist wraps, jump ropes, lifting belts, knee sleeves or elbow sleeves, and much more. Also, our pro shops include: t-shirts, hoodies, thermal tops, baseball hats, skull caps, and more.
