2014 marks the year Pye Boat Noodle opened it doors in Astoria, NY. Our mission is to provide authentic Thai boat noodles and street hawker food in our small but wonderful space. We're thankful for the warm welcome into the neighborhood and look forward to serving you for many happy years to come.

PYE in Thai means "paddles"--the essential tools used to guide small wooden boat carrying noodle soup along the canal of Thailand. At Pye Boat Noodle, we're bringing you a taste of what we know best - the noodle soups and street hawker foods of our hometown in Thailand. Spicy, rich broth with noodles that taste best when slurped and chopped veggies and meats to fill you up. Enjoy some handmade ka nom jeeb (dumplings) and taro rolls in our old school style space. As the warm weather comes, join us in our backyard patio for some Mekhong or a cold bottle of Singha (our favorite)! Thank you for your warm welcome into the neighborhood, Astoria!
