Starting his path learning beside his father at Little Fish, one of Philadelphia's best restaurants, Chef Moroney continues his 20-plus-year cooking career honoring what's local, sustainable and fresh wholeheartedly. He nurtures his kitchen crew and encourages them to create dishes that speak to their own tastes and experiences. Ian enjoys exploring cultural and global traditions so long as something genuine and respectful results. Pumpkin's menu is polished but not pretentious, and while guests will find a wide variety of choices on the menu, Chef Moroney and team are most excited to cook with the beautiful local fresh fish and produce of the season.
