About the Business

Provocateur Lounge brings to Chicago a unique venue that celebrates movement. A pole workout studio by day, Pole Icons, and an intimate bar and lounge by night, the space seeks to create a unique fusion of dance, performance, entertainment, and community.

The space seamlessly shifts from hosting a wide variety of workout classes during the day to a speakeasy bar at night. On Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm-Midnight a lounge atmosphere takes over featuring a cocktail-forward bar program and a stage that showcases performances. Performers range from aerial artists to sensual, soulful dancers. The stage placement ensures that each guest has an ideal view of the scintillating and provocative performances. Many of the regular performers are also teachers at the dance studio and showcase movement that is attainable to anyone who wants to try the aerial art of pole.
